Designation: Vice President, Market Risk Advisory
You would be responsible for growing the business, both in terms of top lines and margins, while also sustaining and building asset quality and managing and motivating our teams of advisers. You would conceptualize and implement growth strategies for the business and become a key driver of corporate strategy.
You will need a MBA (Finance/Marketing) and at least 12 years of experience at a senior level in a corporate treasury, bank or consulting company with a focus on risk. Hands on experience in the forex markets and knowledge of structured products is mandatory. This is a senior management position and we expect you to quickly grow to join the company's management team

Designation: Associate VP, Risk Consulting Services
You would be responsible for meeting sales targets of all consulting assignments and implementing projects for select clients , in association with other parts of the consulting team. You would work at enhancing client relationships by understanding their needs in context of our product and service capabilities. You would also provide inputs to our service and product development .
You would be a postgraduate with specialization in finance or marketing, with experience of five years or more in a corporate treasury or a consulting company. Experience as a business analyst would be a big plus. We would look for demonstrated initiative in creativity and problem solving , excellent communication skills as well as training and mentoring experience.
